Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your Tibwera account without signing in. Email us from the email address associated with your account so we can verify that you own it.

Use the subject Delete my Tibwera account and include your full name and the email address on your account. Please do not include your password or payment details.

Email an account deletion request

We will verify the request and contact you if we need more information to confirm account ownership. Once verified, we will process the deletion request and let you know when it is complete.

Deleting your account can remove your access to Tibwera and information associated with your profile. We may retain limited records where required or permitted by law, including records needed for transactions, disputes, security, or legal obligations.
